Dr. Richie Allen

Lead Pastor

Dr. Allen along with his wife Heather are natives of Gulfport, MS.  Dr. Allen earned a Bachelor of Theology degree at The Baptist College of Florida.  He then completed graduate studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Before founding LINC-UP Missions in 2006, he served as a pastor for 11 years.  He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Missions at the Baptist College of Florida.  The ambition of Richie and Heather's life has been getting the gospel of Jesus Christ to the unreached people of Brazil since 2003.  He currently serves LINC-UP Missions as the Executive Director and Church Mobilizer. Dr Allen spends the rest of his time on his John Deere tractor, calling in Gobblers, and with his beloved dog Louie. 


John Wilson

Discipleship Pastor

John is a dentist in Bonifay and earned his DMD from the University of Florida in 2007. He and his wife Sarah have three daughters, Anne, Kate, and Evelyn. John's passion is serving the local church in whatever capacity needed because he desires to make Jesus known in the nations. He also shares a similar passion for discipleship! His goal is to make disciples who make disciples who make disciples. John loves reading, movies and anything to do with the Florida Gators.


Evan Sammons

Worship Leader

Evan is a student at the Baptist College of Florida, seeking his bachelor's degree. He grew up in Crestview, FL along with five brothers and a sister. He is passionate about spreading the gospel, teaching and preaching the Bible, and leading the church to worship and declare the glory of God. Evan loves hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, or anything involving the great outdoors. He is also an avid Florida Gators fan.



Collin Dollar

Student & College Director

Collin is a native of Thomasville, Georgia, loves Bonifay, and is a graduate of The Baptist College of Florida with his Bachelor’s degree in Ministry Studies. His desire is to see families, middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college students come to know Jesus and live out the Great Commission with their whole lives. Collin is a sneaker head (he really likes shoes), loves playing basketball, is currently trying to master the art of coffee, and hopes to see the Oklahoma City Thunder win the NBA finals during his life
