Dr. Richie Allen
Lead Pastor
Dr. Allen along with his wife Heather are natives of Gulfport, MS. Dr. Allen earned a Bachelor of Theology degree at The Baptist College of Florida. He then completed graduate studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before founding LINC-UP Missions in 2006, he served as a pastor for 11 years. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Missions at the Baptist College of Florida. The ambition of Richie and Heather's life has been getting the gospel of Jesus Christ to the unreached people of Brazil since 2003. He currently serves LINC-UP Missions as the Executive Director and Church Mobilizer. Dr Allen spends the rest of his time on his John Deere tractor and calling in Gobblers.
John Wilson
Discipleship Pastor
John is a dentist in Bonifay and earned his DMD from the University of Florida in 2007. He and his wife Sarah have three daughters, Anne, Kate, and Evelyn.
John's passion is serving the local church in whatever capacity needed because he desires to make Jesus known in the nations. He also shares a similar passion for discipleship! His goal is to make disciples who make disciples who make disciples.
John loves reading, movies and anything to do with the Florida Gators.

Jack Moore
Worship Team Leader
Meet Jack
Jack serves as one of the worship team leaders at Grace. He agrees with the statement made by Shane Barnard that his role as a worship leader is to lead people in songs that help them remember the One who led them into the presence of God.
Jack has lived in Bonifay his entire life and is incredibly passionate and spreading the Gospel in this community. He started playing guitar as a young teenager in his church’s youth group which is where he met his high school sweetheart, Sandy. They have been married since 2013 and have three children, son Jackson, and daughters Lydia and Susannah.
Jack enjoys playing guitar, hunting and fishing.

Collin Dollar
Student & College Director
Collin serves as the Student and College Director at Grace Church, where he leads our middle school, high school, and college students. His desire is to see students and families become gospel fluent, biblically grounded, and communally missional followers of Christ.
Collin is originally from Thomasville, Georgia and is a graduate of The Baptist College of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry Studies. He currently serves on staff there in both the Student Life and Marketing departments.
He and his wife, Katie, met at The Baptist College of Florida and have been married since January of 2020. Collin is a BIG Florida State fan and looks forward to watching them beat John Wilson’s Florida Gators each season.
